Community Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our space and creating a comfortable environment for all members. Your role will be vital in maintaining a seamless experience for our community and playing a key role in the overall functioning of the space. You will handle space and organization management, maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, engage the community through various activities and workshops, conduct sales and marketing initiatives to raise awareness, and manage product organization and supplies from source to end users. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date ERP system for instant reporting and efficient management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall organization and maintenance of the space to ensure a smooth and functional environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and related stakeholders to address any inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Foster community engagement through the planning and execution of various activities, events, and workshops.
  • Coordinate the organization and supply of products, ensuring availability and timely delivery to end users.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date ERP system, ensuring accurate and instant reporting for efficient management.
  • Monitor and evaluate community needs, preferences, and feedback to continuously improve the overall experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for members, assisting with any inquiries, issues, or support required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout all community operations.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for data management and reporting.

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication with a diverse community.
